The Service is a free, browser-based creative sandbox that allows users to build isometric island designs using digital assets. It runs entirely in your browser — no account required.

3.1 Original Code (MIT License)

The underlying game engine and original asset definitions are © boona13, licensed under the MIT License. This means:

You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software
The original copyright notice must be preserved
The authors are not liable for any damages

3.2 Your Creations

You retain all rights to the island designs you create using this Service. You are free to:

Share screenshots of your islands on social media
Use your designs for personal or commercial purposes
Modify and redistribute your designs

We claim no ownership over your creative works.

3.3 Trademarks

"Mykonos Island Builder" is a derivative project name. Mykonos® is a trademark of Mykonos Municipality / Greece tourism board. We use this name descriptively for a fan project; if you are the trademark holder and have concerns, please contact us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Use automated bots or scrapers to overload our servers
Upload malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
